| Joyful Connections provides the following services:
Supervised Exchange (SE) is the supervised drop off and pick ups of children being exchanged between two estranged parties for the protection, comfort and ease of all involved. SE offers protection to children from the trauma of experiencing or witnessing violence, abuse, abduction, threats, and general inappropriate behaviors of parents.
SE offers neutrality, support and protection to parents experiencing stressful relations with a co-parent. SE offers feedback and information to referring agencies regarding a family's dynamics and functioning. Fees are $5.00/adult for each exchange(An exchange is defined as the drop-off by the residential party and the pick up by the non-residential party completed by the drop-off by the non-residential party and the pick-up by the residential party)
Supervised Visitation (SV) is the supervised contact between a child and a parent (or other parties such as extended family, sibling groups, etc.) offered in a safe, comfortable, child friendly, neutral, home-like setting. Supervised Visitation offers an opportunity for families to rebuild relationships, spend quality time together and remain connected in a secure yet comfortable location.
SV offers support and protection to children who have experienced the trauma of witnessing, being a victim or at risk of violence, abuse, abduction, threats, and general inappropriate behaviors of parents. SV offers neutrality, support and protection to parents experiencing stressful relations with a co-parent, and also the comfort of a homelike setting. SV offers feedback and information to referring agencies regarding a family's dynamics.
