Provider Notes:	SVS provides Supervised Visitation, where personnel supervise parents and children during visits that take place offsite. Our goal is to minimize the impact that divorce or separation has on children and their relationship with their parents. On our offsite visits parent and child may be able to do things such as go to the park, zoo or museum etc. They will be accompanied by a supervisor from SVS that will be with the child and parent at all times. The supervised parent must pay for all costs for the supervisor during these offsite visits. It is important to note that SVS reserves the right to end the visit if the supervised parent continues to violate SVS policies after being warned (an intervention). SVS staff will end the visit immediately if the supervised parent appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. To begin accessing our supervised visitation services both parties must call SVS to discuss the registration process.
