Intake Procedure:	Intake is $25 for each adult member
Provider Notes:	Visitation hours are available on Sundays, Wednesdays, and Thursday days and evenings in up to two hour blocks, and Friday mornings. Visits are by appointment only. If there is not a visit scheduled, the office will be locked. We do not do drop-ins. Our visitation area has games and toys, chairs, a couch and a table available on which to play the games. You are encouraged to bring familiar games or toys from home to play with during your visits.
