My goal is to ensure a safe and friendly visit; I am trained in Child Abuse Recognition and Reporting Laws, anger management and is a certified communication skills facilitator.
I offer Exchanges-only, telephone/Skype monitoring in addition to on/off-site visitations.
Provider is a Trained Professional Child Visitation Provider offering on/off site supervised or monitored visitation and "exchange-only" services under California Rules of Court, Standard 5.2.
PROVIDER OPERATES A MONITOR REGISTRY AND PROVIDES SERVICES IN ALL FOUR COUNTIES.
Provider's goal is to maintain secure and comfortable child-parent connections so visitations can be enjoyed.
Provider has completed Child Abuse Recognition and Reporting Laws training as stated in Penal Code Section 11166 and has knowledge of Child Abuse Reporting as a Child Visitation Monitor per Section 11165.15 of the Penal Code.
OFF/ON SITE MONITORING: At various locations in ALL Counties (parks, libraries, small community events, parks, restaurants, non-custodial residence, malls, etc.). *Visits may take place in any location that does NOT pose a threat to safety & security and which is agreed upon by both parents.
TELEPHONE/VIDEO MONITORING: Monitoring of phone or Skype conversations between the child and non-custodial parent during court ordered telephonic calls.
DECLARATIONS: available upon request (fee does apply).
COURT REPORTS: available upon request (fee does apply).
COURT APPEARANCES: available upon request (fee does apply).
TRANSPORTATION OF MINOR CHILDREN: available and/or arranged per Court Order.
TRAVEL CHARGES: First 15 miles no charge. We have Monitors in ALL areas. |
