| Provider is a Trained Professional Visitation Monitor offering on/off site supervised or monitored visitation and "exchange-only" services under California Rules of Court, Standard 5.2. My primary goal is to ensure a SAFE, SECURE and FRIENDLY visit that is COMFORTABLE and ENJOYABLE for both the child and parent.
Provider has more than 15 years experience as a Foster Parent and has 2 years experience as a CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) Compliance Manager. Additionally, the provider has 14 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
OFF/ON SITE MONITORING: At various locations in Los Angeles & Orange County (parks, libraries, small community events, restaurants, non-custodial residence, malls, etc.). *Visits may take place in any location that DOES NOT POSE A THREAT to SAFETY and SECURITY and which is agreed upon by both parties.
TELEPHONE/VIDEO MONITORING: Monitoring of phone or Skype conversations between the child and non-custodial parent during court ordered telephone calls.
DECLARATIONS: available upon request (fee does apply)
COURT REPORTS: available upon request (fee does apply)
COURT APPEARANCES: available upon request (fee does apply)
TRANSPORTATION OF MINOR CHILDREN: available and/or arranged per Court Order.
TRAVEL CHARGES: First 15 miles no charge. |
