| I have 28 years experience in the field of human services working with children, families and other vulnerable populations.
I am trained in child-family centered evidence based practices: Teens Enhanced, Family Treatment & Rehabilitation, Solution-Based Casework Practice and Family Connections Modalities.
I have worked in the area of child welfare for 16 years providing supervision to case workers to ensure children at-risk of foster care placement remained at home with their families.
I have worked in family foster care/out of home placements supervising case planners to,assist families with services to ensure permanency planning for children in care.
While working in family foster care program, I assisted with supervised visitations, which were agency-based. I also provided progress notes and documentations of my assessment of the outcomes and interactions observed between parent and child or siblings.
