| Mend and Bloom provides supervised visitation and monitored exchange services throughout Utah, with in-person coverage based in Weber and Davis Counties.
Services are delivered by two Licensed Clinical Social Workers with advanced training in TBRI, EMDR, TF-CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Seeking Safety.
Both providers are CPR and First Aid certified.
Our approach is trauma-informed, developmentally sensitive, and aligned with AFCC-informed practices. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability.
Services include in-office, offsite, and virtual (services begin in-office). |
