-Facilitate safe, structured, and respectful parent-child visits in compliance with California Family Code 3200.5.
-Observe and document visit activities and conversations with fairness, confidentiality, and attentiveness.
-Maintain a neutral presence while ensuring the emotional and physical safety of the child at all times.
-Provide accurate and timely written visitation reports to parents, attorneys, and the court as needed.
-Collaborate professionally with custodial and non-custodial parents to support smooth, positive visits. |
