| I am the owner and operator of an independent supervised visitation agency providing neutral, child-focused supervision services.
I have hands-on experience supervising visits and supporting families in both court-ordered and voluntary situations, including experience working with children on the autism spectrum and children with medical conditions.
During visits, I maintain continuous supervision to ensure interactions remain appropriate and safe.
I intervene only when necessary to protect the childs physical or emotional well-being. I remain neutral at all times and do not provide legal advice, therapy, counseling, medical care, or parenting instruction.
Supervised visits must be scheduled in advance and prepaid prior to the start of the visit. No unsupervised contact is permitted at any time.
Discussions related to court proceedings, custody disputes, or adult conflicts are not allowed during visits.
Any behavior that places a child at risk, violates court orders, or breaches agency policies may result in immediate intervention, early termination of the visit, or discontinuation of services.
I am committed to professionalism, confidentiality, and consistency, with the goal of providing a safe, structured environment that supports appropriate parent-child interaction while complying with all supervision requirements. |
