| Horizon Family Supervision Services provides safe, professional, and affordable supervised visitationfor families throughout the Phoenix metro area.
When a court requires supervised parenting time, families already have enough to navigate. We believe the supervision process should be simple, transparent, and centered on the child.
That means:
- One straightforward hourly rate of $47 regardless of the number of children
- Professional visit reports included at no additional cost
- A one-time $50 intake fee per case
- Trained professional monitors
- Valid Fingerprint Clearance Cards for all monitors
- Supervised visitation and custody exchange services consistent with court orders
- Our monitors are trained in supervised visitation practices, child safety, and objective professional observation.

We also believe families should know what services will cost before they begin. Horizon maintains one of the lowest service rates in the market, without charging more simply because a family has multiple children or needs a professional visit report.
